When does my cat leave?

Whenever it feels like it! After you pack the knapsack, your cat lingers a little while and then departs on its own. That gentle unpredictability is the whole idea. 🐾

How do I get a real photo?

Real polaroids are rare drops your cat mails while traveling. A Toy or Nice Camera (in the Shop) and lucky charms increase the odds, but they're meant to be a delightful surprise.

How do I remove ads?

Open Settings → Remove Ads for a one-time purchase that removes all banner and interstitial ads permanently.

I bought Remove Ads on another device / reinstalled

Open Settings → Restore Purchases. Your "Remove Ads" purchase is tied to your Apple Account and restores for free.

The ad won't go away / I still see ads after buying

Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account used for the purchase, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings. If it still doesn't clear, email us.

My progress disappeared

Game progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app removes the save. If progress vanished without deleting the app, please email us with details.

Turning notifications on or off

Use Settings → Gentle reminders in the app. Reminders are limited and never sent between 10pm and 8am. You can also manage them in iOS Settings → Notifications → Wonder Ragdoll.

Is this game okay for kids?

It's cozy and wholesome, with no scary content. Because it shows ads, it is rated for a general audience rather than listed in the Kids Category.
